OMNI'S APPROACH

Comprehensive Marketing Strategy and Execution for Slingshot Game Jam Launch

With Tyler Mullins as the Fractional CMO, OMNI strategized and oversaw all aspects of marketing including launch timeline, marketing phases and verticals, vendor selection, budgeting, partnerships, and exchange / launchpad facilitation. A data-first approach with performance dashboard visualization provided the client with week over week progress. A dedicated project manager coordinated across vendors and internal client departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Used a targeted direct response marketing to invite Roblox developers to participate in the first Slingshot Game Jam.
